well i've worked out 4 times in a row (every other day),
be it Yoga or other exercise... For some reason I got
motivated last week to start again. This is a good thing!
I've been a little bit obsessed with this idea of "feeling
good or energetic" in daily life, results mixed. the best things that help:
- waking up at 6am or 7am (instead of noon heheh)
- working out regularly
- not drinking at parties (argilah and/or dancing instead!)
i was a bit disappointed a couple times when I did everything right but still felt like crap in the daytime. I guess I just have to build momentum or something.
