Jack White & Rene...
Well i just missed running into Jack White an hour ago. Not that I'm a groupie; the following incident helped me to solve "T h e M e g W h i t e M y s t e r yyyyyyy" (imagine that phrase recited slowly, with an echo).
The Meg White mystery, yes, it is finally solved. I had been wondering if that's Meg whom I've been seeing at my local bookstore, or just a crazed fan that impersonates her? Well, apparently it WAS her those few times.
an hour ago, I went to the bookstore for tea (after yoga and a shower, i felt very up to venturing out), my favorite coffee-slinger barista matter-of-factly boasts to me, "you just missed Jack White and Rene Zellwiger about 15 minutes ago, they were here". So I immediately realized that this was an opportunity to solve "T h e M e g W h i t e M y s t e r yyyyyyy". I asked if that is Meg that I've seen so many times and she confirmed that yeah, she's ALWAYS there. Just not Jack so much. So the mystery solved for me, not that it will change anything, cept maybe that I can use it as a conversation item.
