daydream and I have made an effort to try to limit the amount of High Fructose Corn Syrup we consume. We don't by juice that has it, have switched to natural style sodas like Jones since real sugar is better than HFCS. Right after we switched to Jones from Pepsi, I noticed that I was drinking less of it...with the Pepsi Lime I wanted more as soon as I was finished, the Jones Cola leaves me satisfied with just one can. It's been a couple of months now since I hit the soda machine here at work, today I forgot to grab a Jones before leaving and also was craving a Dew. Imagine my surprise when my previous fav soda tasted nasty! There was this funky after taste to it that was not there before. The only thing I can think of is that since I've become used to the natural cane sugar, my body says "keep that HFCS craps outta me!"
