Just starting this again ( similar to this one last year). I'm sure there are some movies at least that I'm missing. And, lord, only one book in almost three months, but then I've been SO busy and of the two I'm reading, one is over 700 pages long and the other, 500 pages of small, compact text and big pages.

Read 'After Dark', by Haruki Murakami in two days. About 50 pages on Tuesday, and 150 yesterday. Boy, I forgot how easy it was to get through books that were only 200 pages long (or even 300 ones). Too damn used to reading ones between 400 and 800 pages (and a 400 page book always takes more than twice the time to read than a 200 pages book ( Read more... )

So, I'm finally getting towards the end of the fourth Harry Potter book (well, I'm at page 450 or nearly 650 after about a week, which isn't too bad with work and doing other things), and although I have three more books to go, including an even longer one (770 pages, for fooks sake.
