1/2 a cabbage (chopped)
1/2 - 1 medium white onion (chopped)
3 - 4 stalks of celery (chopped)
1/2 lb. of pork (sliced and marinated)*
Heat a wok (or a regular pan) on the stove with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in it until hot. Cook the onions first, stirring frequently until slightly browned, then set aside in a dish. Do the same (separately) with the cabbage and celery, adding a little more olive oil as necessary. Then the marinated pork. Make sure to cook all the way through.
When everything is cooked, put it all in the pan together (you'll need a fairly large pan) and sprinkle sesame oil over it until thoroughly heated. Serve with rice.
*The Marinade
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
enough corn starch to make a paste
Cut the pork and then marinate in this sauce for at least an hour. Overnight is better.
