Read Dirty
For the past two months, I've performed a daily sweep of Craigslist, lying in wait for the moment the money from the sale of the New York house would clear, making a vehicle purchase possible for us.
My needs are simple enough, something that runs well, not too fucked up inside, with enough seating for the whole Cuervoclan, and the ability to haul plywood, furniture, or a bike or two, for under $1600. This has left me focused on the van/station wagon sector of the auto market, which is how I stumbled across this little gem on the left. I can't even comment on the details of this. There is just too much to work with.
Oh, and I did end up buying a car today, a very sweet low mileage Mercury Wagon, with $100 to spare. But that would have hardly been as blog-worthy as this.
