ABSTRACT
A feeding trials was conducted to determine the optimum dose of Aromatase cialis and
17α-Metiltestosteron for produce masculine monosex of Prawn Pole (initial average weight 3
mg , old 16 the day after hatching). Each treatment were subjected to completely
randomized design analysis of variance (ANOVA), 2-factor with 4 replication that is feed
without addition aromatase inhibitor + 17α-metiltestosteron (control), feed added by dose
aromatase inhibitor and 17a-metilltestosteron (0 +10mg/kg; 1000 + 0 mg/kg; 1000 and 10
mg/kg, 2000 + 0 mg/kg; 2000 + 10 mg/kg feed), respectively. The Prawn Pole was feed to ad
libitum four times a day for 30 - day rearing time. Result showed that the masculine
percentage sex ratio content increased and the daily growth rate decreased. There was
significant differences (P<0.05) but survival rate of Prawn Pole content decreased and not
significant differences (P>0.05). Based on the evaluation of masculine percentage sex ratio
(77, 77%), survival rate (81%) and daily growth rate (8, 77%), it can be concluded that the
optimum dose to produce masculine sex ratio is combine dose aromatase inhibitor 2000
mg/kg + 17α-metiltestosteron 10 mg/kg feed).
