(no subject)
Hey kids...summer is almost upon us. Well, as a teacher summer begins when I don't have to see snotty kids every morning. I have three more weeks left...I'm teaching summer school. Looks like this summer is gonna be busy.
John and I are moving!! During the last two weeks in June, we will be moving to the lovely city of Romeoville...only about 10-15 minutes from where we live now. Much nicer place and area so we are definitely very excited.
OOOOO!!! Forgot...we bought a brand new living and bedroom set for the new place!! AND a new bed! You have no idea how long I have been sleeping in the bed we currently sleep in. The new one is hot...I cannot wait!!!
With Pride weekend approaching fast, think about perhaps catching a show by the Chicago Gay Men's Chorus. They will be performing several shows between June 26th-28th...click the link to buy tickets!

Every four years the Chicago Gay Men's Chorus travels to a North American city for a big showcase featuring gay choruses from across the continent. This year, the showcase will be in lovely Miami, Florida!! So, from July 11th to the 16th, the boy and I will be hitting south beach :) Anyone know of something we just HAVE to see or do in Miami???
We'll be back for a few days and then will head out to New York the last week of July because John will become an uncle for the second time!! OH...and we're gonna catch a baseball game at both Yankee and Shea Stadiums since this is their last year in existence and I have to say I've been there :)
Looks like we'll ONLY (don't hate) have the first couple weeks in August to just relax and do nothing before school starts...hehe
Oh...in shoulder news: I feel good...most of the time...sore sometimes in the morning and occasional twinges when I reach a bit too far. I keep telling myself it's getting better but I'm not sure. I go to physical therapy for the first time on Saturday. I just hope these exercises they teach me do their trick.
