I'm broken :-(
Well, not really...but not my greatest day today. I still don't know exactly how but running up for a ball in our second game today, I took a dive right into the ground and I immediately felt something was wrong. I got up and sure enough I felt like little Randy in "A Christmas Story." (I can't put my arms down!!!) My amazing, wonderful John took me to the ER where, after an hour and a half of some horrible pain, they finally drugged me up and pulled my dislocated shoulder back into place.
My arm and shoulder are in an immobilizer for a week and then I have to be very careful for another week.
*sigh* Our first games of the year and I go and do something to myself.
Well, at least I get a day off of work for this :) Ooooo...and I guess John will have to help me in the shower double :) :)
