It's not so much that Jack Bauer runs on perpetual god mode as that God is constantly running on Jack Bauer mode. Hence this post, for keeping track of what Jack can and cannot do to your characters- break into their homes, steal their possessions, spy on their personal lives, shoot their dogs, torture them to within an inch of their lives, rip their throats out with his teeth- for the sake of protecting America. Because you'd better believe he's willing to do whatever it will take.
