Brushes and gradients from pekeana, crumbling_walls and sp0rks.
Fonts that you won't find on your computer that I used are Base 02, Enchanted Prairie Dog, 18th Century and, I think it's, Silkscreen Expanded. Otherwise, the others should be defaults and if you're having a terrible amount of time finding it, take the size down to six or seven, might help.

#8, #9 and #10 are the exact same icon with varying shades of colour as I wasn't sure which one I liked best.
