In A Stupor Bowl Stupor
I can't believe it, but I watched the Stupor Bowl last night. (Only missed the first quarter.)
So, here's to a Pennsylvania team that can actually win something. (Eagles, please take note! Arrogance and demands for more money don't make you better players!)
Ben Roethlisberger was amazing; I don't know how he managed to see the receivers, but he always got the ball to them. Hines Ward (MVP of the game) was usually the one who plucked the ball from the air and ran with it. It was also great to watch Troy Polamalu - couldn't miss him, what with all that curly black hair flowing from underneath his helmet - doing the blocking thing. I don't think I've ever seen a football player so enjoy his job, and Polamalu is like an animal on the field!
Congrats, Steelers! I know that I've seen the Patriots win for the last couple of years, but they're not from my home state. Sooooooo nice to see the PA team get it!
