Stupor Sunday # 40
Well, it's time for the Stupor Bowl again. I was glad to see that Aretha, Dr. John, & Aaron Neville performed "The Star Spangled Banner." It was better than nothing. (Refer to my last rant.)
I came up to be on the computer right after the coin toss. It's still football, & I dislike watching it. I figure that the Patriots won the last 2 years when I didn't watch, so I'd afford the Steelers the same consideration!
Can't believe that I've been alive for every single Stupor Bowl; what a boring claim to make!
Played some Cthulhu today. We did some housekeeping first, rolling-up Cthulhu Now characters, and getting things done in Arkham. Will post on the community site. Chris missed the game again.
Other than that, not much is new. I continue to be plagued by headaches. Too much needs doing around here, & I'm just so freakin' tired all the time. Fairly depressed, but handling it. Restraining myself from calling Tra, as I'm sure that she's still busy settling in at the new house. Takes time to put all the stuff away, fix things up, etc. I know this from having moved 14 times in my life!
Horrified to find out that Hawthorne Heights is an emo band. Ah, fuck! Well, I still like them anyway.
Note to Vermont Drivers: The gas pedal is the one on your right. The next time you are at an intersection, see me coming, and decide to pull out anyway, could you ple-e-e-e-e-e-ase put your foot on that pedal. Thank you! Have a nice f***in' day!
