Update:

I've been a tad quiet because I've started a job.  It has it's good points. Close to home (literally 12 - 15 minutes as the crow files), Pay is decent, (especially since I was told in this economy not to expect any where near what I was making.) Hours are good especially during the slow period where I would only be working 4 days a week. ( Read more... )

I'm home. There is heat and electricity and I'm content. :D I also have over 1300 emails to catch up on. I'm overwhelmed. So I'm basically not going to read all of them. My uncle looked into our family history and Jackie was reading it and started giggling. Apparently we have a Clark Blake in our family tree who was a farmer. Granted he was in West VA and not Kansas but we thought it was cute.

Thanks everyone for the. Well wishes. Things didn't go so well. The part of the eye tat would ave held the lense broke. Unfortunately I will be seeing a specialist for another surgery. So my friend Kim text me and said are you busy on saturday. I'm going to be at the hilton in Parsipany for a supernatural convention I said it's 28 minutes from there. I'll stop by for lunch. Well Lunch turned into breakfast and a full day at the convention. I had a BLAST! It's been a long time since I had any fun and well I think I deserved this.

Today is Jackie's bridal shower. I haven't posted anything about it here because sometimes she checks her LJ but at this point she will be too busy today to do that so...
