Update...
So, I have been doing alot of thinking lately about everything and I decided to take this semester off of school so I can concentrate on my financial situation. Sallie Mae, the people who I took private student loans out with wants me to start paying back now regardless of whether I am done with school or not - so with 14% intrest...I want to get that taken care of. I applied at a few places in addition to working at telerx. An extra 20-25 hours a week would be great and would really help get rid of some of these bills. I applied at UPS and as a forklift driver at some place in pittston. They go from 4am -9am M-F.
I am also looking into getting the house in bear creek with lisa, so I think that would really help my situation seeing that I am making a whole lot more per month. I really hope we get this house, but financially it is kinda scarry. The entire morgage would have to me in my name, since lisa hasn't been working lately and her credit...well, lets not go there. That kinda scares me, being the only one financially responsible for the house. She wants to have both names on the title incase somethign happens to me...(which i can see), but I don't want to have only my name on the morgage. We are going to work something out about that.
I got rid of the data plan on my cell phone, so that clears up some money there per month, and also I won't be paying a damn sattelite bill any time soon. I really can't wait until the day when we are given the keys to the house. I haven't heard anything back from the bank yet, so I am kinda getting nervous. Heres what I did. A
It all started almost a year ago. I found out that the house was for sale, and it was sonething I was considering. We went for a tour of the house and really liked it. We (or at least I) became excited about it the first time we walked through it and I knew it was something I wanted. We went through the sherrifs sales which were pushed back, and called the bank and lawyer...but have gotten nowhere.
This time I wrote 3 letters, which I talked about in the last entry. Hopefully I get an answer back, so I know whether to continue thinking about the house or not. I plan on updating more very soon...i wanna call lisa on my lunch before it is over....bye
