I Voted!
Happy Election Day, people! I voted bright and early this morning when I took Tormund on his walk. All the latest polling data has the Lib Dems neck and neck with the Conservatives in my constituency so every vote really does count. I'm a bit disappointed in the Labour candidate insisting he has a real chance of winning here when he really doesn't and all that does is help the Tories by splitting the opposition vote. Still, I am cautiously optimistic.
In sporting news, the Euros have reached the Quarter-Final stages. Meg has three teams through, Rob and Mum have two each, and I am left with just one. All my hopes and dreams of winning the prosecco and chocolate medal rest with Spain. Come on Spain!
