Water on the Road...WIN!!!
So...I haven't been here much, forgive me. Life has been crazy in all aspects, just outright busy. Here be the updates:
WORK: The dreaded KITTEN SEASON IS UPON US. Sounds cute, yes, but damn....everybody on the palnet is dropping off their pregnant cats :/ Our numbers are through the roof. We're dealing the best we can with the overflow; thank the gods we have "foster parents" to help us in this most crucial time!
HOME/PERSONAL: The seas are calm. My father's back. It broke my heart knowing he had nowhere to go, so...he is back. Cats are well. We got like 15 rats in at the shelter, can't get the boyfriend to budge on letting me adopt a couple. It was worth a try. Still, life is good. It pays to speak up.
ART: After a long-ass art rut, I'm working on an anthro-comic that basically is me living vicariously through my characters, lol. It's been a blast creating new characters and putting them in semi-real-life-based scenarios =) I'll post some of it here when it's finished; the rest will be on my FurAffinity gallery.
NEW ADDICTIONS: BACK TO THE WILD (photos/writings of Christopher McCandless book), the idea of vagabonding to achieve my travel dreams, and Eddie Vedder's new CD UKULELE SONGS (that's right, just him and a ukulele!) and his (Acoustic) live DVD Water on the Road.
