(my photos)

Double posting just because...I fell in love with this book upon seeing it and buying it on my recent trip to the SM CdeO Booksale. I actually found it on the shelves where the coffee table books were. It's basically for anyone who feel like they don't have much time for themselves. It's educational that way.

What I'd really loved about it is its amazing photos and of course, the content. It's well-written and contains such beautiful artsy language that I think this is one of the best books to come out with me from that store. So I'll stop talking here now and let you see for yourself what the book contains. Just snippets of it, anyway.

Hmn...it's definitely the better self-help book I could find for myself if this can be considered one. I'm not even a fan of self-help books for some reason. Either way, this was surely a lucky find. It's small although a hardbound that you can easily bring it anywhere with you. And it's the perfect little bible to anyone who wants to make time for themselves amidst the hectic days of school and work but seem to can't make time for themselves.
