One of the books I downloaded yesterday was "How to Stop Menstrual Cramps NOW," so I decided to check it out. It seems to be written in the same manner as the "1001 Best Ways" books, giving plenty of tips from different people on how to cope with the problem. This book refers to menstrual cramps as "MC." So I'll list the more interesting ones.

Best ways to be happy - Be alone. I do this a lot. When I'm alone, I don't have to worry about other people bugging me, and I can do whatever I want. Yeah, I can't stand getting phone calls or visitors. That's why I never answer my landline phone (it's usually a telemarketer anyway). I prefer taking cell phone calls because it has caller ID. I bumped into three sweet little girls at the grocery store yesterday. They were sitting in the cart checking out as I walked in, and one of them waved at me.
