RIP
I'm gonna say it: I really enjoyed last nights episode of Supernatural! I also liked that there was a new episode, after being blindsided by no new Thursday night tv (LAAAAME).
Anyway, after watching about 20 minutes of the ep, I realized that I was not thinking about the actors, or where the writers were taking the series, or why it took them so long to get back to the Big Bad and Samuel, etc. Nope, I was just happy to be on a new hunt, following clues, having Sam and Dean doing their whole unspoken communication thing, laughing at Rufus telling Bobby he was driving. I was actually thinking about the story instead of what's behind it. It was awesome.
That being said, a lot of people died last night, and I'm kind of disappointed Bobby wasn't one of them. I know that a lot of people love Bobby, and I like him, too! I just honestly would rather Bobby die then Rufus. I love Rufus! And he's so emotionally detached, yet he still cares (kinda). And I wish they had done a bit more with Gwen before they offed her. She was pretty cool. Samuel can suck it, though. They have been eluding to how much he knows about the supernatural, though. Perhaps the boys ransack his base(s). I think I remember seeing Samuel's journal in "Live Free or Twi-Hard".
P.S: I totally forgot to mention how I dig the slug monsters! I mean, a total rip-off of the Yeerk's from Animorphs, but still creepy and awesome.
