Sir, There Is a Sunfish Limit

Aaron Eckhart is filthy handsome. No necessarily filthy though.

Psych stills. James Roday is sort of a cute dork.

Gossip Girl cast photos basically rubbing it in our faces that we'll never be as good looking as they are.

trystan830 inadvertently reminded me of my deep love for the show The Magnificent Seven back in the late 90s. I loved this show something fierce, probably from my father instilling Westerns into my blood at a very young age. Of course the show was about very messed up manly men and the women who loved them (and generally died by the end of an episode). I loved Chris, the tortured widower gunslinger who had more guilt issues than anyone would ever want to get into and was, well, Reece from Terminator (hey there, Sarah Conner's baby daddy!). My favorite though was Ezra Standish, the laconic, slightly amoral yet ultimately upstanding gambler. I apparently went for snarky bastards with good hearts from an early age. Ezra is the first character I remember deeply loving on the level I do some characters now and the show is the first one I remember refusing to leave the house for fear of missing (VCRs were tricky back then).

Meanwhile, the actor who played Ezra ended up on an episode of Burn Notice not long ago, showing life has come full circle for me apparently.

Hey Ezra. You were a glorious bastard most of the time, but I think you were the first fictional tv character whose babies I wanted. Points to you.
