The after christmas before new year gap of dullness
I'm back! Wow I feel like its been forever but its only been 2 days! Well almost 3 I guess.
Had a wicked christmas, got my DS and have pretty much been playing snowboarding and harry potter and Spyro on it since! Hehe. My sister got hooked on the snowboarding game so I guess I haven't been on it that much.
Christmas day was the long wait til 6pm when we had dinner, ate only a little to much. Spending the day with my grandparents kinda depresses me cause they just are old which makes me sad, and stuff but it was ok. The food more than made up for the boardom tho.
Boxing day envolved a mad dash to see my cousins house they've been doing up for ages, it looks amazing. Followed by a whole lot of sitting! Was meant to go watch the footie but it was too cold and it was boxing day! So we played Monalopaly (sp?) which was silly and my sister won! And watched loads of films and generally chilled out.
Today we've been lazying, went for all u can eat oriental meal with granny which was fab and popped to my house. My cousin promises me that we'll start work in the new year! woooooooo. I'm gettting so excited about moving now.
I then spent mos of hte afternoon planing my kitchen, oh and reading slash/fics on here! Some very good ones!
My sis has gone back up to London now so it kinda feels like Chrismas is offically over in hte Crumbleholme house. Kinda depressing but I'm up for getting on with work and such. I can't be bothered with new year now tho. Might go to bed early! Avoid it.
Anyway, BIG thank you to Talia and Clare for my pressies. Both are yet to be used but I can insure you they will be. *hugs* I hope everyone had a good christmas?
