I was looking at a couple of mixes that I had lined up, looking for the best one to ease us back into the daily grind and figured this one would do.
This is kind of an extension of the History of Hip-Hop podcasts I posted a looong time ago. This brief overview of Neo Soul, throws together the people who came up in the 90's with that jazzy, laid-back hip-hop - along with some that came before them and some that are holding it down today. Again - this doesn't touch on everyone (I already can't believe I forgot to include Talib Kweli) but just kind of a sampler.
