RSAMD summer course - Final Day
I can't believe it's all over! This has been just the best fortnight I've had in many, many years.
We finished the technical run through in the morning, and then did a dress rehearsal. There were a few fluffed lines in the rehearsal, but you could feel everyone's focus coming together as it went on.
The show itself seemed to be over so fast! The energy was really good, and all the fluffed lines from the rehearsal came out with no problems. The jump between Titania and Oberon went off without a hitch, and it was even higher than it had been in practice. I'm really glad, since Anouk was a bit worried that she'd muck it up.
My parts with Puck seemed to go well. I'll need to try and get hold of the recording to watch it over before I can say for sure, but it certainly felt good, and while I was nervous, it was really, really good being out there. ;)
