Hogmanay!
I hope everyone had a great Hogmanay last night and will have a brilliant New Year in 2009! Our family pretty much all ended up heading to the local rugby club to ring in the New Year, listening to the rugby band (my bro plays guitar in it) and dancing away.
Come 1am and it was time to head through to my aunt's house for a jam session. Turns out the neighbours are semi-professional folk musicians, so we had the three of them, plus another two fiddles, an extra guitar and a bodhran to sing away to. (Please forgive the really dodgy scrap of video, I started recording halfway through on my mobile, so it doesn't have th best sound or image quality. But hey, it's a laugh. :D)
