Wow, I just used my resistance bands for the first time, and they almost kicked my butt. ;) Not really, but I can feel my muscles worked all OVER. Especially my arms, which NEED it. I used the "light" bands because I'm still a workout wimp, but I definitely got a workout anyhow. ;)
So now, off to shower, then do the dishes and laundry, and once those are going I'll be settling in to arts! Baiiiiiii! ^_^
