A perfect addition to Grimbracken Flat, Y/Y/MFY!?
I love, LOVE Miss Monster's art. That Krampus icon that was my dW default last month? That's some of her work. She makes masks, dolls, jewelry, art that finds its way onto t-shirts and a misc of other items. There are fu dogs, gorgons, werewolves, kitsune, pocket kraken [and assorted other tentacled beasties], a full motley of monsters, demons and shape-shifting marvels. And the art is just SO GOOD. This is well-crafted work, with a lot of love visible in each piece. [IMO, at least]. I find her to be very inspirational [surprise, surprise :D], and particularly love how many different mediums she uses.
She's also Chicago based. Is there something awesome in the water there?
