i think i have finally calmed down from my lollapalooza fiasco. i think. for a while there i was scaring myself; banging on the piano, cussing, crying, stomping. yeah. it wasn't very pretty ( Read more... )

what was so important about lollapalooza?
i mean, i am just wondering -- they were all great bands, really, and i can't help but wonder if there was more to it (more than just the music, maybe?)...

1. the bands, 2. i had it all planned out for with my friend, 3. we already paid for the tickets, 4. it was one of the four great things i was doing this summer, and 5. i was really looking forward to it. and when i get my heart set on something, you do not want to see the after affects of something when i have been let down. i mean, really. watch out. (it's something i have to work on.)

i usually cut my hair, and everytime i do its a risks. so i fucked it up to say the least. okay maybe i am over reacting, but i just think it looks bad. so by the way, why was the tour canceled?

i'm sorry. :/ in my experience, with short hair anyway, it seems easy to do. it usually looks plain after i cut it myself. but sometimes it doesn't. there's always a fifty/fifty chance. just think of really neat ideas to do things with it. bobby pins are what help me a lot.

it was cancelled due to not getting enough people to purchase the tickets. which is really surprising.

I always cut my own hair too, and I find the secret to sucess afterwards is using the appropriate product in it. Sport'n Waves, Murray's Beeswax, Murray's pomade, etc... it really depends on what length I'm at. Of course I'm talking boy-hair, not girl-hair.

very true. i barely use any product in my hair, though. sometimes this gel hair-spray sort of stuff, but i do not like the smell. i'm very sensitive of smells so it's hard for me to find a good product that seems good for short hair AND that smells good. it's very rare. i guess i need to do some product searching. :]

i reacted just about the same way to the lollapalooza cancellation. i was supposed to go to the one in washington. but that photo (even though it's for you) makes me a bit happier too! :)

good! i'm glad it helped you, too. it really was for the people that got disappointed for not being able to go and so, that is perfect! i'm even happier. i'm sorry about you not being able to go, either. i was supposed to go to the one near san francisco.

i think i'll sit down with a nice tub of ice cream and listen to morissey and all the other bands and pretend like they're performing live. and you can join me too. :)

and i know what you mean about having half your mouth numb. after i got a tooth pulled, i went to get some ice cream and i didn't realize i had bitten a hole in my cheek until i saw blood streaks in the vanilla. eew. :(

and you're all slobbery and junk. no fun. i'll stop now.

oh man, you are my HERO. ICE CREAM AND MORRISSEY. genius. <3

gosh, that sounds like a horrible experience. whenever i am bleeding from anywhere on my face, i freak out. i don't like blood coming out of my mouth. or anywhere, for that matter. i want to get ice cream tomorrow. gosh all this talk about ice cream makes me jealous.

yeah and it's also weird when half of my lip can feel the glass of something i'm drinking. last time it happened, i was drinking milk and it felt so weird. it was like half of the other side of the glass was pouring out milk on the floor. yeah, i can't really explain it. oh man, i can already feel the numbing just thinking about it. :/

wow, she really does. i've seen her before! this was a really bad picture of her though. she looks more like julia roberts in real life. :]
