Molly didn’t protest Sam scooping her up and running. She twined her arms around her… no his neck. It was all she could do not to ask him to go faster.

Voices...
The raw emotions of the building left behind are quieter now, particularly as his own feelings on the entire matter built up. Following the voices through the underbrush, as small animals skitter, he moved slowly into the clearing, the use of 'regular' legs easily accustomed to.
The identities of those who were there now escaped him, much less of who they were -now-. Never mind that, however... and he moved forward.

Sam chuckled nervously. "Shocking. That's a word to describe it." He glanced at Molly sympathetically. "You've the worse of it by far. I think we should stay here. You'll go mad inside the bunker, and you can't stay here alone." He turned to the doctor. "Dr. House, would you go back and see if anyone's determined what caused this? It can't be permanent. I just can't."

And it was terrifying. No magic. Cut off from it, it was like losing a limb, even if it was a very weak one. How did full humans live feeling their demise constantly creeping up? She could feel the sands of time trickling past, and River was only barely past childhood. How did someone older handle it? Hugh? Oh! The beach camp!
"Someone should check on the beach camp." Molly spoke up again. We forgot about them for the most part with the... well... forgetting. They must be as clueless as we are."
