success!
i finally beat Final Fantasy IV while riding in a car to Memphis today. i was quite thrilled to have finally finished it, as it is officially the first Final Fantasy i have ever played through. i bought a copy of FFVIII from a customer who wanted to trade it in and gave them $5 for it, thinking i could re-sell it. it ends up that VIII isn't really worth that much though, so i might as well keep it for now.
speaking of selling games, that stupid Growlanser only went for $43, but with the money i made off of it i was able to buy http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-9g-49-en-70-2e2l.html and http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-9g-49-en-70-13dg.html so i suppose it was worth it.
i'm also thinking about quitting boxing. i've just lost my drive for it lately, and can't seem to find the motivation right now to get my passion burning again. it's something i intend to take a lot of time over the next week or two to consider, and hopefully come up with a decision soon.
