the goose is getting fat
well, Christmas Eve at my family on the hill wasn't so bad. My Aunt, aka the flaming cunt of evil, was barable and the evening wasn't too hard to get through. their house was frozen and there were definate lags in the conversation, but there wasn't a weird air of animosity or anything. my cousin who is getting married in July was there were her fiance, but they arrived late and left early. soon to be cousin-in-law is a real wet blanket. when they were saying that they were leaving i actually said "oh wow, he's talking." only my mother heard and told me to 'shh.' i made out with a $20 gift certificate to Blockbuster, but i really should have stolen my cousin's Target gift card. Who needs Blockbuster? i never watch movies. oh well.
we were going to leave, but the conversation drifted to the people that used to live in our house. it was kind of interesting because i hadnt known much about the previous owners. all i knew was that the paint was dark and ugly and some guy died in my brothers' room. So turns out this family that lived here was really crazy. The dead guy/husband Dean worked at GCC and was married to Priss. Dean had 2 children from a previous marriage and Priss had 3 from a previous marriage. Priss' daughter's were Gail, Deanna, and a name i forget now..but this daughter is important so lets call her Thelma. So Dean is the crazy alcoholic and only drinks cheap red wine from boxes and smokes cigars - doesnt even eat anything - just smokes and drinks. at the age of 42, he keeled over most likely from some massive heart attack in my brothers' room. So Priss is a widow and taking care of her kids. in the meantime, Thelma gets married to some dude, let's call him Jim. They have a daughter, Monique and then Thelma skips town never to be seen again. Jim is stuck with Monique and Priss is still a mourning widow so Jim starts to visit with Priss more, studying the Bible together. Eventually Priss and Jim hook up and i think they get married. In theory, Priss married her son-in-law. Since Priss and Jim are together, they skip town to Oregon and tell about 3 people in Glendale where they are going. They take Monique with them and Monique believes that Priss is her mother, when in actuallity, she is her grandmother. Monique is around 21 years old right now and just recently found out her mother was really her grandmother. Jim is now cheating on Priss with some other woman and Priss knows about it, but she loves him so instead of leaving him, she bought him a motorcycle. Monique has also totaled a couple of cars due to drunk driving. Priss' other daughter Gail lives in Montrose still and continues to brag about having Van Halen in our backyard. Thelma, Monique's real mom has 3 other kids with 3 other men. And, to top it all off, Dean's ashes are still in an urn on a mantel in Priss' home in Orgeon which she shares with her cheating husband/son-in-law. And this is the condensed version. there are the people that lived in my home. weird.
and now im just waiting until i get tired enough to go to bed so Santy Claus can come and bring me a merry Christmas. Happy Holidays, everyone. <3
