Day 8

In your own space, post self-recs for at least three fanworks that you created.

Might as well continue with the challenge. Day 9 is An Act of Kindness, but I think I'll get there once I've been to the fannish wish list stuff. This is totally not so I can get to my secretly favourite challenge faster. (After all, I could have done it when I saw it two days ago, but as I said, I didn't think I'd be doing the challenge this year.

As always, I'll be limiting myself to fic from last year, since you're all probably sick of hearing me self-rec my Gintama fic The Chrysanthemum Vow every year. (At this point idek if it's even a good read anymore, I just have fond, nostalgic feelings.) I'm also limiting myself to finished fic, over 1k, and from Harley's POV. Otherwise my pool is too vast.

1. I have felt a pulse-beat start. Harley/Dick Lifeguard AU, with bonus Lucy and Dinah. T.
   I'm fond of this fic because it's super cute, and also because it's one of favourite rare pairs that I definitely need to write more of!
2. I'm just afraid my life won't work that way. Harley/Barry No Justice timestamp. M.
   This totally blindsided me and is the reason I shouldn't read comics. Some panels just give me ideas.
3. When the diamond hits the silver spoon. Telltale Batman Harley/John. E.
   Pure porn. Femdom, toys, cock cages, verbal humiliation, all the good stuff. I just love these two and their dynamic, what can I say?

Oh, whatever. Let me give you the three finished TRC fic from last year as well.

1. last ditch (love's like suicide). Kavinsky character piece. T.
   Warnings for drugs, suicide and the general Kavinsky shebang. Also 2nd person POV. I like the writing here in some instances.
2. get back to where we lasted. Rovinsky childhood friends AU.
   This fic is now my longest one-shot, breaking the record The Chrysanthemum Vow set five years ago. I also like some of the writing of the first half here.
3. You're stupid just like your smartphone. Rovinsky + K's gang watch the ESC 2018.
   Crack. It's probably no good and doesn't make any sense unless you remember last year's Eurovision but it's the only other complete TRC I wrote last year. I'm not going to pimp out that one WIP I started until I've written the second chapter.
