Is he mocking someone?

Car alarms are unmistakable. You know the one I'm thinking of, right? The different siren noises that repeat endlessly.

The mockingbird in the parking lot at Headquarters chirps that car alarm. All of it, start to finish, in perfect order, all day long. He's taken it on as his territorial call, a way warn others off of his turf while proclaiming his own glory.

I wonder if the car he learned it from was invading his territory and he claimed victory when it drove away. Perhaps he sings to remember his triumph, reminding other birds that he is Car-Slayer, Lord of the Asphalt Plains. Or maybe he just likes the sound, how it's repetitive but complex, and is just trying to impress the ladies.
