It has been a BUSY week!
Sunday: Ave got home from work and everyone else had eaten already so we went to Ruby Tuesdays and got hamburgers and chili cheese fries. While we were there it started POURING rain. There was thunder and lightning and the whole works. It rained and rained. I went out and ran around in the rain for a while when Ave was paying for dinner. It was fun for a while then I got really cold. Haha. It was worth it though. Then we had to go to his house and then we came back here and of course our power was out. The power always goes out at my house when the weather gets back. So, we ate the ice cream that was in the freezer and played Nintendo DS WarioWare twisted. Thankfully the power came back on before we went to bed because Ave had to get up for work at 6 a.m.
Monday: I ditched class and me, Ave, and Elisabeth went to a Rockies game, I had two Mikes hard lemonades, we took some pictures, and the Rockies won. Afterwards we were all craving Starbucks so we went. I got a strawberry frap. Then we slept at Ave's house.
Tuesday: It was me and Ave's 2nd anniversary so we went to Colorado Springs to go to the Cheyenne Mountain zoo. It was VERY foggy the whole day, it was nice. We got a lot of good pictures and we got to feed the giraffes. We went shopping at the outlet mall afterwards and I got some really cute shirts from PacSun. Then, we went to dinner at Red Robins (where we had our first dinner).
Wednesday: I was trying to catch up on my homework that I missed by missing class Monday and Tuesday.
Thursday: We ran errands and I had to go to school for 3 hours. I got really mad because we were in class and everyone was complaining that it was too cold so the teacher decided to have class outside. Well the school is next to a highway so I couldn't hear anything. Also, almost the whole class smokes so that gave everyone an excuse to smoke. I hate the smell...it gave me a headache and a throat ache. Stupid stupid stupid school!
Friday: was another homework day and then Elisabeth and I went to Starbucks AGAIN because we are addicted.
Saturday: It was our other anniversary so we went to the batting cage. First we went to indoor ones but they sucked. Then we went to an outdoor batting cage. The first time I tried I hurt my finger pretty bad. My thumb is all bruised up and its sore. I tried a few more rounds but did softball slow pitch instead of baseball 35 mph. Then we tried to go bowling but didn't because it was too expensive. We went to another dinner with Elisabeth to Old Chicagos. Gah, I'm actually exhausted right now.
By the way, we have two anniversaries because I sort of asked him out first on the 15th and we just went to dinner but he officially asked me out for a date on the 19th so we celebrate both days. haha
I'm not doing so well otherwise though. I have applied for so many jobs but I keep getting rejection emails/letters. I want to just give up. I have so much school debt I'm freaking out big time. I'm like $65,000 in debt and it doesn't even feel like it's worth it at all. It really sucks and it's depressing. No job, lots of debt....yea life sucks. I'm terrified!
I will be graduating in October (THANK GOD). I think its October 4th or 5th. Then I'm going to Oregon with Avery's family from October 9-19 (hopefully....and I will have to write about this later cuz I'm tired) and when I get back I'm hoping there will be a party!!! I am excited but very nervous for my stupid student loan payments to begin.
