Admittedly, I'm a giant mushball at weddings. But, this weekend...man, it was pure bliss seeing you two up there, huge smiles on both of your faces, professing your love to each other. H said she didn't cry during the ceremony. I'm pretty sure I cried enough for both of you. ;)

It was a wonderful weekend all around, and I'm so very thankful I was able to witness the ceremony and share in the celebration.

hypothetically, I imagine that certain friends will propose to their partners while saving them from imaginary dinosaurs, and getting to the edge of a pit, then taking their beloved in one arm, while grasping a rope swing in another arm and then looking them in the eye and saying, "do you trust me? Do you trust me enough to marry me?"

then swinging across the pit while holding their beloved.

purely hypothetical situation, of course. and totally a romantic proposal that I would never be able to pull off.
