we got the place!
yay!
i'm so relieved now. and we get the keys on sunday, which gives me a whole month to get my stuff out and clean the old place. hopefully i can have everything settled by the time i leave for vegas in 3 weeks, and the last week of july won't be rushed at all.
and yay for a new landlord who's actually professional and competent!
seriously, i was freaking out about all of that way too much.
