life is sweet. i love not going to school. im most likely getting a job with COSACOSA doing art shit with kids and making mosaic murals maybe other community art stuff. since urban gives me like 18 hours a week. ick. been looking for internships. seattle, portland, san diego, chicago, memphis, etc etc. still nothing that jumps out at me. really want to move west. going to do a weekend "campout" with VCC for kids with autism at the end of the month. paid. which is GREAT. should be really fun/easy. not really any personal care involved since the main diagnosis is autism. i suppose hyperactive autistic kids aren't really my forte but....i like to switch it up. Everything is on track for my internship i just need to make a god damn decision about where i want to go. its email time.
philadelphia is my little home now. i am quite attatched. i enjoy walking places and i love love love love riding my bike here. i still do not enjoy how small it is people wise. kyle picked a fight with rich...about how he treats his roommate jill badly and doesn't respect her. which is HILARIOUS. i told rich to take jills cat hostage and tell her he's going to burn it and take her security deposit. sound familiar? so fucked up. kyle is so fucked up. i can't believe i still have to hear about him doing stupid fucked up things to people. EW. it is strange to me that at his age, he has no other coping skill or way to communicate his anger or issues with people other than to yell and threaten. you can't treat people like that and you can't just make threats to other adult grown people because you are mad at them or don't like what they do. "i'm going to fucking slash your bike tires, you better watch your back everywhere you go" wtf. grow up...its so obvious they are empty threats...thats the gazillionth time i've heard shit like from him.
so...i will be 23 in less than TWO WEEKS. birthday jam. 2009. last year was sweet: monster jam and west philly show/house birthday party complete with cake and candles. This year? possible giant friday houseparty in my honor, saturday departure to NYC and Saturday night/all day sunday/monday departure NYC ADVENTURE. sound fun? DEFINITELY.
oh and one last thing. i just met someone that is absolutely GORGEOUS. haven't ever been this attracted to someone EVER in this city. lets see if i can step it up.
