Thai problem # 2
My travel agent is an amazing man!
He didn't charge me to change my flight and gave me
all the info I needed! This saved me over 100 dollars and I'm extremely grateful for that!
Now, the suck part. I lost my spot at the guesthouse I struggled for a month to secure.
So, I had to book a place at random today. I think I did okay given the situation.
Looks like I'll be staying at the Buddy Lodge on Khao San Road as opposed to the Soi1 Guesthouse.
It doesn't seem to have as many advantages but at least it's supposed to be in a good spot to
to get to the major tourist spots. (Not that I'll be seeing much as I leave Bangkok on Wednesday around 3pm to meet with Tim Chi for our trip to Chiang Mai.)
I'll go to the PC Bang next door and print out my receipt a bit later today.
then a re-sorting of the paperwork
and life goes on.
