on men of the good variety
today, some of the ladies and i, in the course of everyday chatter, got ourselves into a lively conversation about men, and more specifically, the quality of said men.
we concurred that (you might want to sit down... this is a shocker) we know some real pricks, and that collectively, we've spent far too much of our personal time putting up with, supporting, being dragged down and generally treated badly by them.
we also concurred that we know a large number of genuinely GOOD MEN, who support, uplift, respect, and value the people in their lives. this made us happy. we wanted to let them know how f'in great they are.
which made today/tomorrow Spontaneous Good Man Appreciation Days. (imsuchageeeeeeeeek....)
so go hug one of those good men you know, girls. a beer would do nicely too.
