the melding of musical minds, and so on
so my senior chamber singers retreat has come and gone. as of right now i'm not sure how i feel about that. kinda sad. "firsts" in the last 24 hrs include:
- christening my awesome new Corner Gas shot glass
- learning some basic Aikido (sp?) defense moves
- sleeping in the loft. sort of.
- an EPIC conversation in the loft with the girls, and even a few boys, about "STUFF"
- voluntarily consuming gin
- seeing phosphorescents in the ocean...! (that was really, really cold)
so - a generally epic event, the likes of which i may never see again - until - tour!
