How about bullying? I found "Elephant's Memory", particularly Reid's account of his prank blind date (and remember that he could have been no older than twelve at the time!) painful and rage-inducing viewing; I wouldn't classify my own reaction quite at trigger level, but the episode could well have that effect on others.

Psychological abuse, as with the cockpecked wife in "Damaged".

Religiously motivated abuse, which Reid suffered at great length in "Revelations" and has been both suffered and committed by many UNSUBS.

A note that might be helpful: the white-out formula actually seems to be: lesser-than sign; font color; equals sign; "white"; greater-than sign; concealed content; lesser-than sign; forward-slash; font; greater-than sign. I've not been able to get it to work with the colon instead of the equals sign.)
