i can't believe how stupid i am. rei-kurasaki probably can though. very easily.
while packing, i accidentally threw paako's key into the bin, and upended that into a larger bin. =__= when i realized what i'd done, i had to rummage arms deep in soggy tissue trash. this is what happened.
earlier this year i crashed paako and snapped the key in the ignition. so i had to get a copy made. the first copy was wrong. the second copy was correct. so i put Correct onto a keychain, and STUPIDLY didn't throw Wrong. i just put Wrong in the drawer next to Correct.
skip forward to today. i'm packing. i pack my original key and give it to my aunt. i see Correct on a keychain, and Wrong next to it. FOR SOME STUPID REASON i forget that Correct is... well, correct. so i take Correct off the keychain, put Wrong onto it, and throw Correct into the bin.
cue panic when i realize suddenly that i can't start paako because Wrong is... wrong.
cue me digging through trash, and amusedly remembering the last day in tokyo, when i first had to run back from asakusa to suitengumae to grab my camera which i left in the apartment (i got to the airport bus like five minutes before it had to leave). after this, i got on the bus, people gave me luggage tickets, and i promptly lost them. minutes after they gave them to me, i lost them. when i got off the bus i had to explain that i wasn't trying to steal luggage, my luggage was mine, i'd just lost my tickets. and rei-kurasaki gave me hilarious "OMG HOW DO YOU SURVIVE ON YOUR OWN" faces through the bus window. i don't know, gran. i really don't know.
see, this is why i have to be fully packed at least a whole day before leaving. i keep thinking, "nah, i can do it on the last day, like normal people!" no, andy. no. unlike normal people, your brain is a sieve.
gwen, pa55ion and i just videotaped ourselves for a kind of friend-group-baww-we're-all-leaving-this-year video. i'm excited to see the result, ahahaha. we're all so silly on it. XD
