kdfgb okay, so you know my older brother Nick, yeah? The one who was hit by a car last week? He called me up today because he was talking to my mom and she told him that I freaked out when I heard about his accident. I actually don't remember freaking out (the way Nick relayed the story, it sounds like my mom made me sound like I had a complete psychotic breakdown) but okay, whatever. Anyway, basically him and his girlfriend were walking home at night in a residential area and some dumbfuck just sped around the corner and wham. He didn't want to tell us ('us' being my mom, Tris and I) earlier because he didn't want us to worry. skfdbgkdfg yeah, Nick, because us worrying is so much worse than the fact that you had to go the hospital because you got hit by a car.
God damn it. I love my family, I really do, but they're all. So. Stupid. Myself included, I guess, for being doctor-avoidant. kfjngkd blah. I could do with a hug right now.
Ohhh well! Today was a good day, actually. My (supposedly) super hugeass important zomg panicpanic Japanese exam went swimmingly. I pretty much skimmed through my textbook ('cause I was lazy ahaha worst student ever), went in, and breezed through it in about half an hour. I'm feeling really good about that! :D Thanks,
hanae0711, for explaining the difference between negative and past tense (~sen and ~shita). I pretty much danced home, haha. It was that easy. Afterwards, I borrowed Matt's bike and beat Paul at a bike race. I won 'cause the stairs were part of our route and he got off to wheel the bike down while I pretty much just... flew straight down the stairs on the bike. It was gooooood. Because I wonnnn.
I made curry for dinner tonight. It tasted salty. All of my curries taste salty. I have no idea why I keep making them. Exercise in futility ftw.
AND NOW I GO TO SHOWER.
edit: So say if I was going to make an eljay family. Which family member would you be? (
teabry and
vilajunkie, you'd be my mom and older brother for sure. You have no choice.)
