(no subject)
I was really afraid to post in the the Seattle LJ community, b/c they have a tendency to rip people a new one if they ask stupid questions or ask something that is already in the memories pages. So, i checked memory and found nobody had asked my question, so I went ahead and asked if anyone knew where I could find inexpensive baby clothes, and I got a TON of replies. it was awesome. Everyone was really nice and helpful. So I know not everyone who replies in the seattle comm. is mean. lol.
Anyways, lots of work left in the last two weeks of school. I should be doing a paper now, but I really don't want to. ehhhh. gotta write two papers next weekend. that'll be tons of fun.
And, i found the apt. I want to move into, i just hafta wait till the 25th for him to show me the actual apartment(s) that are available, so I can then put in my application. Plus, I have a back-up just in case.
Scary roomie story:
My decision about moving was again justified when I came home last night about 11pm. I smelled something funny when i walked into the apartment and turned on the lights. Apparently, the oven was still on- the setting, broil (ya know, pretty much the hottest you can get our oven), and no Jen in sight. I was pretty sure she had gone to work around 7 or 8, meaning the oven had been left on w/o anyone in the apt. for over 3 hours. That gave me a warm fuzzy feeling, it really did.
*sigh*
