Every week my oldest daughter has a homework page called Kiwi Kwiz. It's based on worldly items, sometimes stuff that's been on the news, sometimes it's random things like 'What's the most popular website in NZ'. It gives you four answers and you have to circle on. This week there are two questions that she's gotten wrong and I wonder, 'where the hell did I go wrong?' First question "In 1999, people thought the Millennium bug would....?" The four possible answers? a) eat all the world's corn b) cause every computer to crash c) bring deadly disease from Mars d) turn young people into zombies. My daughter circled c. O_o And then there is the next question. Who defeated Obi-Wan Kenobi in a lightsaber duel? a)Darth Maul b)Lord Voldemort c) Gandalf the Grey d) Darth Vader.....she left it blank coz she didn't know the answer *head desk*
