- SLG's Disney Haunted Mansion comics. They stopped at #7, with a horrible cliffhanger that would have set up an amazing story. A new one hasn't been out since 2007.
- Shadow Hearts games. Sacnoth/Nautilus, the developers, were dissolved by the publisher that owned them. While the games (a trilogy and a spinoff, you can convincingly argue that Koudelka and SH3 could fit in either category) told a great story and were well wrapped up, I can't help but wistfully dream of a SH4 set during World War 2. Or where you go to Australia. Admit it, it would have been awesome.
- Official English translations of Atlus' early Shin Megami Tensei games. I would kill for an official English copy of SMT 1, SMT 2, SMT if..., Devil Summoner, and Soul Hackers, but...well, given the market, current gaming culture, etc. I have a better chance of going to the moon.
- Mega Man Legends 3. (Speaking of the moon!) Wasn't thrilled about it on the 3DS, but even that would have been better than having the damn thing cancelled completely. Capcom, you make me cry.
- An English localization of UnchainBlades ReXX. The darn thing looked pretty neat, and I happen to *like* dungeon crawlers. It's a shame that most other American gamers don't agree with me. Sigh. PRAISE THE RPG GODS ITS COMING TO EAGLELAND HALLELUJAH
What I'm scared will follow in their footsteps...
- The Lunar series. The last time they attempted an original Lunar, it was utter crap unworthy to grace any system. While it's promising that Lunar 1 was remade for a current system so recently, I'm worried that Game Arts will keep remaking the first game ad nauseum in lieu of remaking Lunar 2 (wouldn't play a remake, but more people need to play it) or, hell, making a (good) Lunar 3. Let me play as the Four Heroes! Even better, show me the epic showdown between Althena and Zophar that led to the death of the Blue Star in the first place!
- Dark Horse's English translations of the Vampire Hunter D novels. I have a feeling that these didn't sell well, and it's been three months since the last one came out. The release schedule shows that it's not going to appear in Feb. or March. I only hope that they've moved to a much slower release schedule.
- Capcom's Ace Attorney Investigations 2 English translation. I can only hope that they *are* just taking their time to find a profitable way to bring it over, otherwise I will rage so hard. How can you introduce me to the wonderful Wolf-Boy Lang and then deprive me of another game with him?
