Il Promenade; Place of Solace

Harper's Place of Solace is an old, Western-style mansion in the woods near Ecruteak City. Despite being mostly Western in construction, many of the ameninites are Japanese-style (such as sliding paper door inside, etc).

It also looks something like this.

Yes, that is the Haunted Mansion in Disney World. Because it's perfect for what I was thinking of. Hush.

It also includes a few acres of woods around the mansion.

The house has long been empty due to the large amount of Ghost-type pokémon that have made their home there. Yurie's mother, a researcher of ghost-types, saw this opportunity and pounced on it, and Yurie has lived in the creepy old place her whole life. Most of the rooms are reserved for the ghosts with only a few dedicated to its human residents. Like all places in the Pokémon world, wild pokémon are found in abundance on the grounds and in the house itself.

Grounds Pokémon:

Murkrow (Dark/Flying) - Common

Rattata (Normal) - Common

Hoothoot (Normal/Flying) - Common (Night)

Spinarak (Bug/Poison) - Uncommon

Zubat (Poison/Flying) - Uncommon (Night)

Vulpix (Fire) - Rare

Honchkrow (Dark/Flying) - Very Rare

Mansion Pokémon:

Magikarp (Water) - Common (in a koi pond)

Ghastly (Ghost/Poison) - Common

Zubat (Poison/Flying) - Common (Day, in attic)

Haunter (Ghost/Poison) - Uncommon

Misdreavus (Ghost) - Uncommon

Shuppet (Ghost) - Rare

Duskull (Ghost) - Rare

Banette (Ghost) - Very Rare

Drifloon (Flying/Ghost) - Very Rare

**These are just general locations. Some of the outdoor pokémon sometimes find their way inside, and some of the ghosts haunt the grounds, especially at night.

As a note, even though many of the pokémon are tame, they are still wild. It is inadvisable to come near the house without preparing properly first.
