Ever since I got a brand new bread maker and some bread machine yeast, I have been making bread non stop
no, seriously
successfully, I have made a Cinnamon Sugar Loaf, Roasted Garlic and Cheddar Loaf and just a regular plain white bread for my dad, because he doesn't like exciting breads.
Unsuccessfully, I had a whole wheat oats loaf monstrosity that was chucked immediately after it was concieved. I have only had the dang machine and yeast for 3 days.
Right now, I honestly think that I should have skipped University and gone into a culinary arts institution.
I figure, I am only allowed to bake one dish a day.
Maybe tomorrow I will make brownies or something exciting.
I dont have any cupcake liners, nor an electric hand mixer, so making cakes and cookies are a tad harder for me with just a standard whisk.
Maybe I do need just a day to eat and not bake soon. I am going to use up all 13kgs of different flours I have in my house
yeah.
Some people buy shoes, I go out and buy different flours.

by the way, does anyone know where i can get Mascapone cheese other than the deli? I don't really want to pay that much to make either Tirimisu or Mascapone breakfast muffins.
