you'd think i fell off the face of the earth or something....
sorry i disappeared for so long. i'm sure that you are all so interested in what i've been up to... haha. well, nothing really. sorry to disappoint. I've been back from school for about three weeks now, and will be returning this sunday. i'm really sorry if i missed seeing you over the break. i've been working... a lot. like everyday. thank goodness. :D if i had been home all the time, i think i would have killed my mother by now. just kidding. naw, it's been good. it felt wonderful to be home. i got to sleep in and such. amazing. but i am really looking forward to going back to school.
hmmmm... my classes are going to be fun. i dunno if i posted before what i'm taking, but here!
Intro to International Relations - 8:00-8:55 MWF
Beginning Chinese II - 10:05-11:10 MWF
East Asian Art Survey - 11:20- 12:25 MWF
Contemporary China - 3:00-4:30 WF
Yeah... sounds fun, huh?!? all my classes on MWF. and I'm working on TR from 1-3. yeah. it's going to be a fun semester. I don't really know where crew is going to fall.. i've overheard that most of the spring practices are in the morning (aka 6 am) which is going to lead to a very long day on MWF. My first Friday back we have a 6 am practice.. until like.. 7:30 or something. Yeah.. I have no idea how the heck I'm going to make it. I have to shower and stuff.. YIKES. Like I said, FUN!!!
I hope that everyone had an awesome Christmas/New Year/HOLIDAY!!! :D Yeah, I know I'm late, but who cares..
hhmmmmmmm... OH! I have pictures. The other day, Monday, I went to dinner and the movies with a bunch of people. I don't feel like rattling off the nine names, so look at the pictures and you'll see... :D
In the words of Charlie, it looks like a picture from some stupid 90's teen TV show. It really does... and I would TOTALLY watch that show... if it were real. hahaha. Yeah, we went to the Picture People. Good times.
Since we've gone digital, we have been able to catch better pictures. For example... we can catch people jumping, in mid air. HOWEVER. this is a failed attempt at four people jumping. I told Shea about it, and so we had to try it. And yeah. This is one that Brian (the photographer) caught, as we landed. SOOOO funny. There's an awesome one of me and Shea in air, and I want to get it... but I've been trying to ... take it... without a manager seeing me NOT pay for it. hahahah. I'm terrible.
And speaking of pictures... I bought myself a camera!! It's an awesome camera, but I haven't really had the chance to ... try it out. Here at my house, there's only cats.. and that can be a little boring. So I think that sometime soon I'm gonna go for a walk and try it out. :D Maybe I'll ask Mary. And by the time she reads this, I will have already asked her. :D AWESOME.
For those already back at school, good luck in your new semester. And for those who don't go back for awhile... *cough* HCC students*cough* YOU SUCK. haha, just kidding. :D LIVE IT UP! w00t.
