Yes, I have Eleven bear, Jack bear and Ianto bear next to me on my bed... and bears will be bears.
Anyway... wow am I ever going to be shattered when I have to wake up.
It's 4.30am, I need to be up in 4 hours, and I'm not tired. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFU!
I've got the last day event for 2010 of the Doctor Who club of Australia today and I've been looking forward to it for ages (even through all they are going to be screening is Sarah Jane Adventures which I'm not a big fan of) but it's our big 47th anniversary party and my first day meet for nearly 10 months after being in the UK for most of the year, and I'm going to nerd out hard core and hopefully have lots of fun with my club friends.
I only pray that my friend's pyscho ex boyfriend, who seems to be going today (whom only started attending these meetings while I was in the UK) doesn't ruin this for me.
I've been part of this club for over 4 years as opposed to his 4 or so months. I'm tight friends with virtually everyone... so I will have words with the club president if he starts shit, hopefully we can ignore each other in the small space. Wish me luck.
One last final throught:
I've noticed an increase in daily graphic comms for various fandoms in the last year.
Comms such as lookatthelawman and dailysherlock which got me thinking tonight...
With my graphics mojo very much dead at the moment, I throught running a daily comm like this will hopefully get my mojo up and running again and give me something to do with my days.
I did a quick search for Doctor Who or Torchwood comm of this type and came up with nothing so I throught I'd start one up myself... because I sure know personally, that I enjoy having these comms in my friends list because one tires of looking at text all the time.
So... do I do:
-Only Doctor Who
-Only Torchwood
-Doctor AND Torchwood (ie: Whoinverse... but by that standard I'd have to include Sarah Jane Adventures and I'm really not a big enough fan to include it)
At the moment, I'm learning towards doing a Torchwood only one (series 1 and 2 mainly because I still am a hysterical woman after all) but I'm struggling with names for it.
Maybe I might do both a Doctor Who and Torchwood one... I'm unsure atm.
Going to ask a few people for ideas today at the day meet, but expect it up in a week or two (or sooner)
